INTRODUCTION

These general conditions of sale are agreed between OVER IT represented by SOCIME-SOC.COMÉRCIO INTERNACIONAL LDA, whose registered office is R. ALMEIDA GARRETT 18-18A. LINDA A VELHA, 2795-012, tax identification number 503 131 113 and contact +351 214 153 600, hereinafter referred to as "OVER IT" and persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.overitofficial.com, hereinafter referred to as "User".

The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.overitofficial.com will be governed exclusively by this agreement, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose
1.1 The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to make available and define all the information necessary to the User on the modalities of ordering, selling, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.overitofficial.com.

1.2 These conditions govern all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 - Order Process
2.1 The User completes an order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.overitofficial.com, by adding the product(s) or service(s) desired to the shopping basket.

2.2 To send the order the user must:
A) Register on the website www.overitofficial.com, providing the information requested.

B) Log in (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the user at the time of registration).

C) Complete the information and choose the options available to you during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, form of delivery, form of payment, as well as the tax identification number and the name that, for tax purposes, intends to appear on the invoice).

2.3 The final confirmation of the order by the user is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only applicable to the contract thus concluded.

2.4 OVERIT will fulfill orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product OVERIT undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible.

2.5 The user is solely responsible for data on the invoice. Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be reissued with alterations.

2.6 Order requests have a validity of 5 working days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different term, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers in addition to that period. If payment is not received within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
3.1 On the website www.overitofficial.com, OVERIT accepts the following payment methods via Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Lda:

A) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
B) ATM Reference*;
C) Bank Transfer;

*Only accepted for orders made within Portugal.

3.2 In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the card of the user immediately after confirmation of shipment of the merchandise. If some products ordered are unavailable, the value of will be credited to the user's card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
4.1 The delivery of goods is usually between 3 to 5 working days after the order is made. Delivery is performed by CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A.

4.2 The shipping costs are added to the final order.

Domestic Orders – 5€
Orders within Europe – 10€
International Orders - 15 €


ARTICLE 5 - PRICES
5.1 All prices are listed in Euros, with taxes included, taking into account the VAT (IVA) in force at the date of payment of the order.

5.2 In the case of there being an increase in the price of any product, the user will be informed immediately, being able to choose to receive the order anyway (paying the difference) or to proceed with its cancellation.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1 The cancellation or return process is handled on a case by case basis by OVERIT. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email hello@overitofficial.com, up to 15 days after the order, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods will be answered and defined by OVERIT, by the same means of communication.

6.2 Whenever possible, the return must be made through the same payment method, but if it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, in order to make a return via bank transfer

6.3 OVERIT agrees to reimburse the user within a maximum period of 30 days.

6.4 Returned products must be in a condition to sell, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the user's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

6.5 If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is less than or greater than the initial value of the order, the conditions of correctness shall be indicated by OVERIT.

ARTICLE 7 - PRIVACY POLICY
The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The data supplied, subject to computer processing, will be included in the OVERIT database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information.

Your supply of information is optional and is guaranteed, under the law, the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data that directly concerns you, personally or by writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.
